Keiko Bee Shipping Rates:

UK: FREE Royal Mail Next Working Day Special Delivery (Tracked)

EU: £5 International Tracked & Signed (3 - 5 Business Days)

US and the rest of the world: £7 International Tracked & Signed (6 - 7 Business Days)

All orders go into production 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and production will be started on your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note all of our time estimates are only estimates as we work on multiple orders at any one time.  Your estimated production time is not how long it takes us to make your order but also the time we estimate it to take us to get to your order in what may be a long queue.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Keiko Bee is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@keikobee.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
